I stayed here for a night with my partner. The room was clean, and the staff were super friendly. Super close to shops, which was awesome! But when I tried to extend my stay, it turned into a mess. They wouldn’t help me directly. Just ended up canceling the extra night. The breakfast was decent, though.

I had a lovely time staying here as I enjoyed the modern rooms and the convenient eateries just a short walk away. It's easy to reach parks like Gwynn Oak Park which is about 2.5 km from the hotel for a nice afternoon stroll.

My experience at this hotel was utterly appalling. To top it off, there were roaches crawling around, which ruined any chance of sleep. I was so horrified by the conditions that I wanted to cancel my reservation immediately, but it was too late. If I had known about this disgusting situation, I would never have booked a stay here.
